Refund policy
We do not offer refunds or replacements, except for mislabels.
As dahlia tubers are a perishable agricultural product, it is your responsibility to check your order immediately. Any concerns, issues, or disputes regarding your order must be made by email to johnbarnes5656@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. Photo evidence may be required to validate your claim. Tubers will have to be mailed back to us for replacement or refund.
Please notify us of any mislabels or incorrect variety shipments. A photo of the variety you actually received may be required. Any customers who have received the incorrect variety will be offered the choice of a refund of the incorrect variety, or a reshipment of the correct variety, at our cost.
